Over the last two decades, John Hinton has argued cases before state and federal courts in Idaho as well as other states and has pursued relief for his clients all the way up to applying for certiorari to the United States Supreme Court. He has tried cases before juries, judges, and administrative tribunals to obtain relief for his clients. Clients have included public and private companies, government officials, lawyers, physicians, CEO's, and Non-profit Organizations as well as indigent persons.
Additionally, Mr. Hinton has guided Clients through skirmishes with government agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the National Futures Association, State tax authorities, State securities regulators, State departments of labor, and licensing agencies.
